Last week Hoa Sua School welcomed Nobert Ehrbar and Anna Vu from California Raisins. They demonstrated to our students how to incorporate California Raisins in their baking recipes. A new volunteer has joined Hoa Sua
Hoa Sua school is honoured to welcome a new volunteer, Mr. Ed Slui a volunteer from PUM to support the cooking and bakery classes. Mr. Slui taught the students how to cook Hutspot, a Dutch comfort food, and coconut macarons. He also demonstrated knife skills and safety to our first-year students.

To celebrate the Vietnamese Teacher's Day and the anniversary of the school's founding, the school organized a football tournament among the cooking classes, the bakery class and the house keeping class with seven teams dividing into 2 groups.   The cooking class CB10A2 won the championship after five group matches, semi-final and final.
