17 years old from SOS Children’s village Nha Trang. He is currently study Culinary course for 12 months with full support from Hoa Sua school for Disadvantaged youth.
His favourite dish is Duck with Orange sauce. He hopes to work in a 5 stars hotel upon graduation.
VANG GIANG
16 years old from Yen Bai Province who is studying Culinary Course at Hoa Sua school since September and will be here for 18 months. His favourite dish is Roasted Chicken with Lime.
He enjoys football and badminton in his free time while living at the school.
