During the baking class of the Bread and Pastry course, the students had the opportunity to experience and make Swiss bread, a distinctive and famous product from Switzerland. Under the meticulous guidance of the teachers, the students followed each step from preparing the ingredients, kneading the dough, to baking the bread.
