
AN OUTSTANDINGLY SUCCESSFUL WORKSHOP HOSTED BY HOA SUA SCHOOL AND THE USA POULTRY & EGG EXPORT COUNCIL
The workshop exceeded all expectations for both Hoa Sua School and the USA Poultry & Egg Export Council. During the event, our teachers and students had the privilege of learning from representatives of the Council about the origin of U.S. chicken, proper storage methods, food safety and hygiene procedures, and the best ways to prepare and cook U.S. chicken.
Chef Doãn Văn Tuấn, Executive Chef of the 5-star Furama - Ariyana Resort Da Nang, showcased three signature dishes:
Dish 1: U.S. Chicken Thigh Braised with Fish Sauce and Shallots
Dish 2: Crispy Lemongrass U.S. Chicken Salad
Dish 3: Indian-Style Grilled U.S. Chicken
Our students were thrilled to witness and directly work with not only Chef Doãn Văn Tuấn but also Chef Trương Vĩnh Cơ, Executive Chef of Pan Pacific Hotel. The students gained invaluable experience—not only in observing the professional working style of top chefs, but also in learning how to plate dishes attractively and understand essential kitchen principles.
