As a busy architect born in 1975, Kỳ is occupied with designing and constructing interior projects. However, he still finds time to pursue a new profession in baking, specifically bread and pastries. After researching various vocational education institutions, Kỳ evaluates Hoa Sua as a training school with a rich history and expertise.

Sharing his decision to venture into this new field, Kỳ confesses that besides his passion for culinary arts, he has noticed the increasing demand for bread and pastries among Vietnamese consumers. He predicts that it will soon become a staple in Vietnamese meals, prompting him to expand his business.

Kỳ's most recent plan, upon graduation, is to open a bakery locally and eventually expand the chain internationally.
